Bio
Francesca Moscheni, photographer, born in Venice, earned a Diploma in Scenography from the Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan in 1987. An experienced photographer since 1985, she began her career taking portraits and reportage, working with names like Harper’s Bazaar Italia, Bazaar Uomo, West Uff.
Her work is often the result of a sideways glance that manages to cross all photographic genre. Their main skills are food and lifestyle photography, portraits, Hotels&Resorts reportage.
Since 1990, her own very personal style and vision of travel reporting has been the subject of several exhibitions, which she has organized and participated in, both on her own and with other artists.
In 2011 she won the Food Feature Award at the international FoodPhoto Festival inTarragona for the best food reportage of the year.
In 2013 she started to shoot as director in commercial food and lifestyle video, making her fresh visual approach.
In 2015 Sky Arte HD together with Fondazione Fotografia Modena produced 6 master of photography lessons. Francesca made her personal Food and Travel lesson brodcasted on italain and international tv.
In the same year she won the italian Gourmand World Cookbook Award, Best Design CookBook category published by Bibliotheca Culinaria.
In 2016 she gave her contribution to a video exhibition on the history of italian women photography in Triennale di Milano.
In 2017 she took part with a very personal exhibition at the very first edition of Milan Photo Week.
In 2019 she presented at Fuorisalone in Milan the book Pantone FoodMood published by Tommasi Editore.
She has worked with Interni, Casa Vogue, Vogue Sposa, Vogue Gioiello, Vanity Fair, Amica, Anna, Gioia, Gioia Casa, Home, Donna, Elle, Casa Viva, D di Repubblica, L’Europeo, Tuttoturismo, Sposabella, Marie-Claire, Marie-Claire Maison, Marie Claire Travel, Dove, V&S, Gulliver, Week-End Viaggi, Gente Viaggi, Spazio Casa, Brava Casa, Sale&Pepe, La Cucina Italiana, Departure, New York Times Magazine, Glamour France, Saveur, ArtCulinaire, Travel & Leisure, Monocle.
She has created advertising work for companies such as Barilla, Rana, Birra Moretti, Olio Carli, Bauli, Bindi Dessert, Findus, Emile Henry, Salvatore Ferragamo, Venini, Bormioli, De Padova, Parmigiano Reggiano, Muller, Illy, Galbani, Grana Padano, Negroni, Biffi, Coop.
Lives and works in Milan.
